Fribidi and Harfbuzz updates

The following projects have been updated:

• ffmpeg was updated to 4.3.r97489.
• harfbuzz was updated to 2.6.5.
• fribidi was updated to 1.0.0 then to 1.0.1, 1.0.2, 1.0.3, 1.0.4, 1.0.5, 1.0.6, 1.0.7, 1.0.8, 1.0.9.

Any projects that have a dependency that was updated has also been updated to build with the latest versions of the new libraries as well.
