Harfbuzz, Fribidi, libgcrypt and libvpx updates

The following projects have been updated:

• ffmpeg was updated to 4.4.r98605.
• Harfbuzz was updated to 2.7.0.
• Fribidi was updated to 1.0.10.
• libgcrypt was updated to 1.8.6.
• libvpx was updates to 1.9.0.

Any projects that have a dependency that was updated has also been updated to build with the latest versions of the new libraries as well.
