Harfbuzz, libgpg-error, nettle, x264, libilbc, SDL updates

The following projects have been updated:

• ffmpeg was updated to 4.4.r100605.
• Harfbuzz was updated to 2.7.3 then to 2.7.4.
• libgpg-error was updated to 1.40 then to 1.41.
• Nettle was updated to 3.7.
• x264 was updated to 0.161.r3033.
• libilbc was updated to 3.0.2 then to 3.0.3.
• SDL was updated to 2.0.14.

Any projects that have a dependency that was updated has also been updated to build with the latest versions of the new libraries as well.
