Harfbuzz, Nettle, GnuTLS, liblzma, libssh, SDL updates

The following projects have been updated:

• ffmpeg was updated to 5.2.r107965.
• Harfbuzz was updated to 5.0.0 then 5.0.1 then to 5.1.0.
• Nettle was updated to 3.8.1.
• GnuTLS was updated to 3.7.7.
• liblzma was updated to 5.2.6.
• libssh was updated to 0.10.0 then to 0.10.2.
• SDL was updated to 2.24.0.
• libxml2 was updated to 2.10.0 then 2.10.1 hten to 2.10.2.
• libbluray wsa updated to 1.3.2.
• FFVS was updated to 1.11.5.

Any projects that have a dependency that was updated has also been updated to build with the latest versions of the new libraries as well.
