The following projects have been updated:

• ffmpeg was updated to 5.2.r108954.
• Harfbuzz was updated to 5.2.0 then 5.3.0 then to 5.3.1.
• libxml2 was updated to 2.10.3.
• zlib was updated to 1.2.13.
• GnuTLS was updated to 3.7.8.
• liblzma was updated to 5.2.7.
• libssh was updated to 0.10.4
• SDL was updated to 2.24.1 then to 2.24.2.
• libbluray was updated to 1.3.3.
• libgpg-error was updated to 1.46.
• Fontconfig was updated to 2.14.1.
• FFVS was updated to 1.11.5.

Any projects that have a dependency that was updated has also been updated to build with the latest versions of the new libraries as well.
