The following projects have been updated:

• ffmpeg was updated to 6.1.r110676.
• Harfbuzz was updated to 7.2.0 then to 7.3.0.
• Fribidi was updated to 1.013.
• GCrypt was updated to 1.10.2.
• libgpg-error was updated to 1.47.
• liblzma was updated to 5.4.2 then to 5.4.3.
• SDL was updated to 2.26.5.
• libssh was updated to 0.10.5.
• libxml2 was updated to 2.10.4 then to 2.11.0 then 2.11.1 then 2.11.2 then 2.11.3 then 2.11.4.
• nettle was updated to 3.9.
• Opus was updated to 1.4.

Any projects that have a dependency that was updated has also been updated to build with the latest versions of the new libraries as well.
