Harfbuzz, Freetype, liblzma, SDL, nettle, GnuTLS, zlib updates

The following projects have been updated:

• ffmpeg was updated to 6.1.r112164.
• Harfbuzz was updated to 8.0.0 then to 8.0.1.
• Freetype was updated to 2.13.1 then to 2.13.2.
• liblzma was updated to 5.4.4.
• SDL was updated to 2.28.0 then to 2.28.1.
• nettle was updated to 3.9.1.
• zlib was updated to 1.3.

Any projects that have a dependency that was updated has also been updated to build with the latest versions of the new libraries as well.
