The following projects have been updated:

• ffmpeg was updated to 7.0.1.
• Fribidi was updated to 1.0.14 then to 1.0.15.
• Harfbuzz was updated to 8.5.0
• libXML2 was updated to 2.12.7
• libgpg-error was updated to 1.49.
• SDL was updated to 2.30.3.
• libcdio-paranoia was updated to 10.2+2.0.2.
• libass was updated to 0.17.2.
• x264 was updated to 0.164.r3191.
• x265 was updated to 3.6.
• libVPX was updated to 1.14.1.
• liblzma was updated to 5.4.6 then to 5.4.7 then t 5.6.2.

Any projects that have a dependency that was updated has also been updated to build with the latest versions of the new libraries as well.
