Harfbuzz, libssh and Opus updates

The following projects have been updated:

  • Harfbuzz was updated to 2.0.0 then to 2.0.1.
  • libssh was updated to 0.8.3 then to 0.8.4.
  • Opus was updated to 1.3.

Any projects that have a dependency that was updated has also been updated to build with the latest versions of the new libraries as well.

x264, x265 updates

  • x264 was updated to 0.157.r2935.
  • x265 was updated to 2.9.

  • Harfbuzz was updated to 1.8.8.
  • libssh was updated to 0.8.1 then to 0.8.2.
  • fontconfig was updated to 2.13.1.
  • OpenSSL was updated to 1.1.0i.

Any projects that have a dependency that was updated has also been updated to build with the latest versions of the new libraries as well.
