FFmpeg updates

The following projects have been updated:

  • FFmpeg builds have been updated to use the new ffnvcodec headers as well as adding support for AMD AMF encoding.

SDL updates

The following projects have been updated:

  • SDL was updated to 2.0.8.

Any projects that have a dependency that was updated has also been updated to build with the latest versions of the new libraries as well.

Soxr and x264 updates

  • Soxr was updated to 0.1.3.
  • x265 was updated to 2.7.
