Harfbuzz, SDL, libgpg-error updates

The following projects have been updated:

  • ffmpeg was updated to 4.5.r104645.
  • Harfbuzz was updated to 3.1.0 then to 3.1.1.
  • SDL was updated to 2.0.16.
  • libgpg-error was updated to 1.43.

Any projects that have a dependency that was updated has also been updated to build with the latest versions of the new libraries as well.

Harfbuzz, Fribidi, x264 updates

The following projects have been updated:

  • ffmpeg was updated to 4.5.r103927.
  • Harfbuzz was updated to 3.0.0.
  • Fribidi was updated to 1.0.11.
  • x264 was updated to 0.164.r3075.
  • A msvc compilation bugfix was added to Freetype to fix a possible runtime error.

Any projects that have a dependency that was updated has also been updated to build with the latest versions of the new libraries as well.

  • ffmpeg was updated to 4.5.r103617.
  • Harfbuzz was updated to 2.9.0 then to 2.9.1.
  • libgcrypt was updated to 1.9.4.
  • libssh was updated to 0.9.6.
  • libass was updated to 0.15.2.

Any projects that have a dependency that was updated has also been updated to build with the latest versions of the new libraries as well.
